Shipping Policy

-SHIPPING/RETURN POLICY-

SHIPPING: -Accepted credit cards are: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and DISCOVER

-Most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days.
*If there are items out of stock from an order, customers will be notified by email upon shipping of order.
*Orders that need to be rushed, please notify when placing order (in the additional comments page of checkout) as well as emailing: Kristi@dollarscrapbooking.net. We will try to accommodate all rush order needs. Shipping for rushed orders will be charged actual shipping on 3-day air, 2-day air and Next-day air plus a $4.00 surcharge.

-Shipping Rates are as follows-

Domestic Rates WILL BE CHARGED EXACT SHIPPING COSTS. Costs below are estimates only and will be adjusted once the order is pulled and shipped.
Up to $29.99 - 9.50 $30.00 to $69.99 - 10.70 $70.00 and above - 15% of total order It is necessary in some cases to insure orders. This cost is usually not more than $3.50 on orders over $100.00.


-International Rates (including APO, etc) are as follows-The following rates are estimates only and will be adjusted to exact shipping costs plus $4.00 handling fee. DollarScrapbooking.net does not pay for any customs fees. Those are all the responsibility of the customer.

International Rates Up to $20.00 - 39.75 $21.00 - $40.00 - 41.00 $41.00 - $60.00 - 43.00 $61.00 - $80.00 - 45.00 $81.00 - $100.00 - 47.00 $101.00 and above 40% of order total

-International orders will be insured at customer's expense and shipped through US Mail.
*International orders shipped through US mail will inure a 4.00 handling fee.
Please note: orders shipping to Mexico or some other countries USPS will not insure will be shipped via DHL, UPS or Fed Ex ONLY. Because of this, the shipping is quite a bit more expensive. It is approximately $100.00 per package. However, the packages usually arrive in one day and are insured. To see if USPS insures to your country, please visit USPS.com.

RETURNS:

-If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please send it back within 20 days for a refund less a 10% restocking fee (postage will not be refunded). -If a product is defective please contact us via email: Kristi@dollarscrapbooking.net within 3 days of arrival of shipment and return it within 20 days and we will exchange it for the same item. If the item is out of stock, we will offer a substitute item of the same cost and ship it to the customer at no charge for shipping or issue a credit off of a future order.

RETURNS DUE TO CUSTOMER ERROR, CARRIER ERROR OR NEGLECT: Any returns due to customer address entry error, not picking up package, mail carrier error, etc includes, but is not limited to USPS, Fed Ex and UPS, will result additional shipping charges to customer which must be paid prior to reshipping product. If customer does not wish to pay for secondary shipping, the items will be returned to stock and customer will be refunded cost of product, less restocking fee and shipping charges. If customer package is returned, DollarScrapbooking.net will notify customer three times via email entered on order. If there is no response within 21 days of the first notification, the product will be returned to stock. Customer will be refunded the original cost of the product less 10% restocking fee and less shipping costs.

BACKORDERS: Because these products are closeouts, there will be no backorders...once the products are gone...they are gone for good.

NO RETURNS ON SALE/DISCONTINUED/CLEARANCE ITEMS and ITEMS PRICED LOWER THAN $1.00.
