How Charges are Calculated
Shipping charges are based upon the Retail Price of the items you are purchasing. Note that the Retail Price is the listed regular prices of items, not the discounted prices. We calculate it this way because while we discount the price of products, we cannot also discount the shipping charges. Note that each order is separately processed by the warehouse, and multiple orders to the same address cannot be combined.

Priority Mail
We will prepare and ship your order typically within one business day. Your order will be shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail including insurance. The USPS suggests that you should allow an average of 3 to 5 working days for them to deliver your package. (Slightly longer during holidays and peak periods.) So, you should normally receive your order in just over one week. However, The Postal Service does not guarantee delivery within any specific timeframe.

Delivery Insurance
Delivery Insurance and Delivery Confirmation are included.

If, according to www.USPS.com Delivery Confirmation records, your order is not shown as having been delivered within four weeks we will replace your order at no cost to you. You must report lost parcels within two months from the time that you placed your order.

Delivery Insurance does not cover theft from your mailbox or any other loss after the USPS has confirmed delivery. You should ensure that there is a safe place for parcels to be delivered to your address. We will allow a maximum of two insurance claims per year.

APO Addresses
We ship to APO addresses via USPS Priority Mail at no additional cost, although there are some important things to note: There is no Delivery Confirmation available and therefore we do not provide Delivery Insurance to any APO address. Orders to APO addresses require international customs paperwork which we will prepare at no additional cost to you. Because APO addresses are considered international destinations and must be processed as an international parcel, APO addresses are not eligible for discounted shipping incentives offered to US addresses. Please allow three business days for us to prepare your order and the necessary customs documentation. Package delivery times vary greatly to APO addresses, so you should allow extra time for receipt.

Shipments to Canada are shipped "Small Parcel (Packet)" rate for parcels up to four pounds, and Priority Mail for parcels weighing over four pounds. Packages are usually processed and shipped from our facility within three business week days after you place your order. The US Postal Service suggests that you would allow an average of one to four weeks for them to deliver your package. Sometimes, local customs offices will require an additional week or two for inspection and for processing paperwork. So, while most customers receive their parcels in two weeks but you should allow up to six weeks before filing a claim with us.

Additional Costs Included in Handling Charges
With orders to Canada we incur additional costs beyond the postage printed on the parcel. These included costs are: Delivery insurance which we pay separately, customs manifesting and paperwork costs, the cost of boxes for orders under four pounds, and merchant interbank fees charged to us for Canadian orders.

Taxes & Duties
Shipments to Canada are often subject to Customs & Duties and may be assessed VAT taxes by your local jurisdiction. We will ship all orders freight prepaid, but you should check with your local authorities about any additional fees which you may need to pay on the delivery-end. We cannot advise you about these charges. Our shipping systems are automated, so we are unable to mark parcels as being a ?Gift? or to under-declare the value of parcels.

Delivery Insurance

If, according to Postal Service records, your order is not delivered within six weeks we will replace your order at no cost to you. You must report lost parcels within two months from the time that you placed your order.

You may file a claim for a lost package with us we will then file an investigation request with the postal service. The postal service usually takes two to six weeks to investigate. You must report lost parcels within two months from the time that you placed your order.

If you require a replacement order prior to the local postal service completing their investigation of the missing shipment, you may request an advance shipment of the replacement order. In that case we will charge your credit card for the replacement order. If the postal service then reports that they have lost the package we will then reimburse you for the replacement order.

Exchange Rates
All prices we quote are in US Dollars. We will bill your credit card in US Dollars. Your bank will convert this amount into Canadian Dollars at the current official exchange rate. Some credit card companies may charge a convenience fee for this service.

Occasionally we advertise shipping promotions in our newsletters, advertisements, or web site. These shipping promotions do not apply to Canadian destinations, unless the promotion specifically states otherwise. Our shipping rates are intended to only recover our actual costs including shipping, insurance, international paperwork, and special international packaging. Due to the high cost of international shipping it is not possible to include Canadian destinations in shipping promotions. We sincerely apologize that these special promotions don't include Canadian destinations.

Any other country besides those listed above are uninsured and are at the purchasers own risk and you agree to not hold us responsible for lost parcels. Note especially that APO addresses and Norway & Brazil are not on the insured destination list and no insurance is provided.
