If, according to www.USPS.com Delivery Confirmation records, your order is not shown as having been delivered within four weeks we will replace your order at no cost to you. You must report lost parcels within two months from the time that you placed your order. Delivery Insurance does not cover theft from your mailbox or any other loss after the USPS has confirmed delivery. You should ensure that there is a safe place for parcels to be delivered to your address. We will allow a maximum of two insurance claims per year.

You may file a claim for a lost package with us we will then file an investigation request with the postal service. The postal service usually takes two to six weeks to investigate. You must report lost parcels within two months from the time that you placed your order. If you require a replacement order prior to the local postal service completing their investigation of the missing shipment, you may request an advance shipment of the replacement order. In that case we will charge your credit card for the replacement order. If the postal service then reports that they have lost the package we will then reimburse you for the replacement order.
